Superintendent

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage all aspects of roofing and construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all roofing and construction activities on job sites
• Ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Manage and supervise team members, including subcontractors and other personnel
• Oversee the scheduling and coordination of materials, equipment, and labor
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, building codes, and safety standards
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective action as necessary
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including progress reports and budgets

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager and Superintendent in the roofing industry
• Excellent knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and techniques
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with residential and commercial roofing projects
• Experience with shingles, roof repairs, and inspections
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
