Job Title: Summer Business Analyst

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Summer Business Analyst to join our team for a 12-week internship. The successful candidate will work closely with our senior leadership team to support key projects, perform data analysis, and provide strategic recommendations to drive business growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business consulting and analysis while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and data analysis to support business decisions.
• Assist in preparing financial models, business reports, and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.
• Analyze company performance metrics and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide insights to senior management.
• Prepare and present findings to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous internship or relevant work experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation:

• $20 - $30 per hour, based on experience.
• Flexible working hours.
• Potential for full-time employment after successful completion of the internship.
