The LEAD rotational program is the premier entry point into a career with Wabtec. The two-year finance track of the program is designed to accelerate members' professional development through rotations in multiple finance functions and business units. An internship with the LEAD finance track is an invaluable way to gain exposure and is the preferred entry point to the full-time program. The internship is a 10-week placement on a Wabtec finance team, where students works on high-priority, value-add projects for the business. During this time, interns will work closely with full-time program members, get frequent exposure to senior leaders across the business, and gain a deep understanding of the business and finance team.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Overall GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0
- Major GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0
- Expected graduation by May 2025
