Paragon Staffing, LLC is a company that specializes in connecting job seekers with employers who are seeking temporary, contract, or permanent positions.

 
Responsibilities/duties:

• Locates and packs materials for shipping.
• Documents materials and records units delivered and location of units.
• Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items, or signals machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks, ships, and loading docks.
• Keeps inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean.
• Responsible removing completed pallets from all machines.
• Stacking of finished cartons onto pallets.
• Move materials from and to WIP locations.
• Filling assembly machines with WIP  
• Loading and unloading containers

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

• 2+ years experience as Stand up forklift operator
• Experience with other machinery such as pallet jack, cherry picker, order picker, reach truck, etc.
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record and reliable transportation (Required, no exceptions) 
• Must have experience picking orders, shipping, receiving, etc.
• Must speak spanish

Pay rate:
$18.00/hr

Schedule:
1st shift
Monday - Friday
7:00AM to 3:30PM
