Dates: Wednesday, April 23rd - Monday, April 28th
Wednesday, April 23rd: Prep Day 1 Call Times: 10AM - 6:30PM
Seeking interns to assist with production in Bermuda Dunes from 10am-6:30pm. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: event set-up & production, organizing back stock, styling event photo moments, running errands, providing administrative support to the lead event producer, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the venue.
Thursday, April 24th: Prep Day 2 Call Times: 10AM - 6:30PM.
Seeking interns to assist with production at our event venue in Bermuda Dunes from 10am-6:30pm. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: event set-up & production, organizing back stock, styling event photo moments, running errands, providing administrative support to the lead event producer, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the venue.
Friday, April 25th: Prep Day 3 Call Times: 10AM - 6:30PM.
Seeking interns to assist with production at our event venue in Bermuda Dunes from 10am-6:30pm. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: event set-up & production, organizing back stock, styling event photo moments, running errands, providing administrative support to the lead event producer, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the venue.
Saturday, April 26th: Event Day Call Times: 9AM - 8PM.
Seeking interns to assist with production at our event venue in Bermuda Dunes from 9am-8pm. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: event production, merchandising brand displays, managing back stock, guest check-in, greeting, assisting, and retrieving selections for our guests, creating engaging social media content, assisting guests in capturing the perfect photo moment, running errands, admin support, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the event.
Sunday, April 27th: Strike Day 1 Call Times: 12PM - 7PM
Seeking interns to assist with post-production at our event venue in Bermuda Dunes from 12pm-7pm. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: post-event production, dismantling signage and backdrops, organizing and storing event supplies, managing inventory of event materials, loading the u-haul, and providing administrative support to the lead event producer. This will also be a travel day and you will be able to come back to LA after post-production is completed.
Monday, April 28th: Strike Day 2 Call Times: 12PM - 5PM
Seeking interns to assist with post-production at our event venue in Bermuda Dunes from 12pm-5pm. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: post-event production, dismantling signage and backdrops, organizing and storing event supplies, managing inventory of event materials, loading the u-haul, and providing administrative support to the lead event producer. This will also be a travel day and you will be able to come back to LA after post-production is completed.While it is not required to work all shifts, working multiple days will be encouraged and will 100% be more likely to be chosen for this role.
