Our client is seeking Staff Attorneys to join their Washington, DC, San Francisco, Philadelphia, or New York offices. This position primarily involves the review, analysis, and coding of documents produced during discovery, along with opportunities to perform legal and factual research, draft memos, prepare for depositions, and assist in other discovery-related tasks as part of the litigation process.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Document Review: Analyze, review, and code discovery documents to support litigation objectives.
+ Legal Research: Conduct legal and factual research to support arguments and case strategies.
+ Memos and Discovery: Draft memoranda, assist in deposition preparation, and handle other discovery-related assignments.
+ Collaborate with legal teams to deliver high-quality work in the advancement of client cases.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Education & Bar Admission: Candidates must hold a J.D. and must be licensed and in good standing (or eligible for admission) in applicable jurisdictions including District of Columbia, California, Pennsylvania, or New York.
+ Experience: Prior document review or litigation experience is preferred but not required.
+ Skill Set: Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational skills to manage discovery tasks effectively.
Compensation & Benefits:
+ Salary Range: $72,500 - $95,000 annually (based on experience).
+ Benefits Package: Comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) benefits, firm-sponsored disability and life insurance, as well as other well-being programs.
+ Hybrid Work Model: Staff Attorneys are encouraged to work in the office two days per week, with remote work flexibility for the remaining days.
