**Job Description** The Stables Person is to ensure the horses are properly groomed and stalls cleaned. Responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. **COMPENSATION:** The hourly rate for this position is $ **16.50** to $ **16.50** . If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. For jobs in San Francisco, this includes the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance. **Job Responsibilities** Greet all guests upon arrival at the Stables Resolve small problems for guests Communicate with guests in a friendly manner on the phone and in person Effectively communicate with guests, employees, tour directors and vendors to ensure all guests receive prompt and courteous service Must be flexible and willing to work a varied schedule Know and comply with all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, emergencies Report to work on time and in complete uniform Grooming, caring, feeding, and saddling of horses and mules Clean the stables and surrounding area Other duties as assigned At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. Demonstrate problem solving Abilities Sit, stand and walk for varied amounts of time Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Must be available to work flexible hours This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
