Claims Dispute Fraud Operations Product Team is part of the Consumer and Community Bank aligning to the Operations Product organization and is responsible for multiyear operation and technology modernization for Disputes, Claims and Fraud initiatives.

Job Description

As a Sr. Product Delivery Associate within Claims Disputes Fraud Operations Product, you will support key initiatives to drive strategy, end-to-end execution for the product’s vision and technology modernization.  Ensure the health and wellness of the team remains on point with transparency and communication of work in flight to closure. Partner with product and technology to overcome impediments preventing productivity and continuously promote a unified culture by encouraging team collaboration.

Job responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with Product and Technical partners, setting clear expectations and providing excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying management level stakeholders
  • Partners with PO’s/APO’s/Agility Leads to confirm impacts, scope across teams and delivery of roadmap initiatives
  • Partner and manage dependencies, including inside and outside of product area
  • Proactive identification and management of issues
  • Creates and managed to the sequencing of work to allow for a successful completion
  • Creates, maintains and executes implementation planning (go/no go, command center approach, release communications, first occurrence planning, etc)
  • Maintains a deep knowledge of area product vision, technical and operational
  • Monitors Jira hygiene and enforces Jira standards
  • Champion for continuous improvement; help identify and implement change
  • Strong focus on risk and controls

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Self-starter with strong initiative, has a style that fosters teamwork and collaborates with various stakeholders and partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with high-performing teams
  • Experience with program execution supporting technical feature builds
  • Displays technical acumen and critical thinking skills
  • Ensure senior leadership is engaged around the right topics at the right time and supported by relevant information and reporting
  • Strong understanding of Agile methods; risk management and operations
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm 
  • Strong understanding of firm wide risk and controls
  • Open to change, with the ability to quickly learn new processes and adapt in a fast paced-environment
