Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge machine learning models and systems.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and optimization of robust machine learning models to deliver scalable solutions.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to drive actionable insights.
Collect, preprocess, and transform data to ensure robust and efficient data pipelines.
Identify and create relevant features to enhance model performance and interpretability.
Deploy machine learning models into production, collaborating closely with DevOps and software engineering teams.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI to apply innovative solutions to projects.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.

Requirements:

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or IT Engineering.
Proven experience (8+ years) in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
Strong proficiency in Python programming and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Experience with advanced machine learning techniques and frameworks such as GenAI, LLM, Hugging Face, MultiModel, RAG, indexing, Llama, Langchain, etc.
Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision concepts.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
