Salary: $75,000-$90,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

In this role, you will create and implement strategic marketing and content strategies. You will collaborate with various teams, utilize customer insights, and leverage data to drive marketing success.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 4+ years of digital marketing experience including analyzing marketing funnels and identifying areas for enhancement.
• You have 1+ years of planning and driving marketing campaigns.
• You have strong email marketing and organic social experience.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Craft and implement a dynamic omnichannel (channel marketing) marketing strategy, leveraging email, content marketing, SEO, and organic social media
• Inspire and help team members in prioritizing tasks, fostering a culture of creativity and problem-solving, all while surpassing business goals
• Utilize Google Analytics for in-depth analysis and personalized marketing
• Conduct research to create targeted marketing campaigns that address audience needs, while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders through detailed reports on marketing squad performance, achievements, and upcoming initiatives.
