Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required

Support field electrical maintenance work and electrical isolation (Lock out Tag out: Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)) for lighting, air condition and motor maintenance.
Plan and execute scheduled preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize impact on production and maximize operational availability.
Calculate sheave size to achieve desired SPM
Utilize hot stick to change line fuses and reset reclosers
Run conduit and pull wire
Install ESP surface equipment
Install, trouble shoot, and repair control panels
Splice underground 6 vac cable
Maintain surge protective devices
Install and maintain grounding systems
Install POC's
Communicate issues to supervisor
Keep Company vehicle serviced, clean, and stocked

RESPONSIBILITIES

5+ years of closely related field experience preferably in the Oil and Gas Industry.
Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
Licensed Journeymen Electrician in state on NM
