About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sports Flooring Specialist to join our team. This role involves a blend of hands-on work and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sanding, refinishing, and installing sports flooring, as well as the ability to lead and manage a small crew effectively.

Experience:

• Sports Flooring: 2 years (Required) 
  

(sports flooring installation, sanding and refinishing)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sanding, refinishing, and installation of sports flooring to the highest standards.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  
• Lead a small crew, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality results.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during projects.
  
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and management.
  
• Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
