Fiola Miami, in Coral Gables, is seeking a sommelier with experience in Italian wines. 

Fiola Miami features the same elegant, contemporary Italian fine dining as our current Michelin-starred, Fiola, located in Washington, D.C.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant sommelier experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant, exp. in high volume environments a plus
• Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual.
• Demonstrates drive to provide exceptional guest service.
• Open availability 
• Professional appearance and grooming standard appropriate for a premier fine dining restaurant.
