Influencer Talent Recruiter
Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Influencer Talent Recruiter with a sharp eye for digital talent and a love for platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and signing new clients whose content aligns with our family-friendly, pop culture, sports, and unique talent themes. This is a commission-based position with the potential for a full-time salary based on your performance. You'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home and can choose to commit part-time or full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Search: Conduct targeted searches for potential talent across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
Content Assessment: Evaluate creators to ensure their content aligns with our focus on family-friendly, pop culture, sports, and unique talents.
Client Communication: Initiate and maintain communication with prospective clients, facilitating introductions to our management team.
Service Presentation: Provide detailed presentations of our services to secure new partnerships and management signings.
Strategic Growth: Contribute to the growth of our management and YouTube partnership divisions through strategic signings.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in influencer relations with a strong track record in talent scouting and acquisition.
Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Independence: Ability to work independently with a disciplined and self-motivated approach.
Social Media Savvy: An understanding of social media trends and a knack for spotting emerging talent.
Adaptability: Commitment to full training and the ability to adapt to our methods and ethos.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Application Questions:
This position is commission-based, with earnings ranging from $200 to $600 per talent signed, depending on the type of talent. Do you understand and are you willing to work on a commission basis?
