Role: Social Media Influencer

The Social Media Influencer will be responsible for developing and executing influencer campaigns to reach the desired target audience. You will assist in gaining publicity through various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and more. You will be responsible for creating content, engaging with followers, and promoting Abound's brand values authentically.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative social media strategies.
• Create and write relevant content for social media posts.
• Publish content according to the schedule.
• Share all important information and links via social media.
• Work in collaboration with the Social Media Marketing Manager and Social Media Marketing Specialist.
• Gather insights and feedback from social media sites and devise reports.
• Adhere to all guidelines before publishing on social media.
• Track records of followers and maintain a list.
• Propagate genuine and authentic information with high enthusiasm.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends across all social media networks.

Requirements:

• Work experience as a Social Media Influencer or a similar role in the Marketing field.
• Demonstrate a phenomenal understanding and knowledge of social media networking platforms.
• Ability to build relationships via social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Social Media Management tools such as Zoho, Buffer, Hootsuite, and others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and networking skills.
• Strong work ethics.
• Ability to work in a team or individually as required.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Good time management abilities.
• Strong decision-making skills.

COMPENSATION PLAN:

High commissioned sales and lifetime 50% influencer and affiliate programs for lifetime of sales/revenue streams.
