Job Description

Full job description Fastsigns of Rochester, MN is looking for a sign production specialist to join our team! A Successful FASTSIGNS Sign Production Specialist Will: Responsibilities

Fabricate a variety of signs, including banners, vehicle graphics, interior and exterior signage
Operate and maintain printer(s), laminator, plotter, substrate cutter and engraver
Ensure all signs meet quality standards and deadlines
Inspect finished product to ensure accuracy and quality
Report and maintain inventory levels
Install window graphics, vehicle decals, interior and exterior signs.

Ideal Candidate

Fast learner who loves hands-on work and problem-solving
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic math skills
Attention to detail
Ability to stand for long periods of time (4 hours or more)
Ability to lift 50 or more pounds
Comfortable working from a ladder
Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table to apply vinyl
letters and graphics to substrates
Ability to work under pressure to output high-volume, high-quality work
Ability to use light power equipment and light hand tools
Mechanical aptitude or sign-making experience
Advantageous, but willing to train the right candidate
Interpret electronic work orders for sign creation
