Crumbl Solon is hiring for Shift Leads to join our team! Shift leads should be available to work the following shifts:

• Morning | 5am/6am - 2pm/3pm
• Mid-day | 8am - 4pm
• Evening | 2pm - 10:30pm & 4pm - 12:30am

Shift leads work closely with store management to carefully manage one of our working shifts. Duties primarily revolve around the general management of your direct reports, which include, but are not limited to: providing and demonstrating task instructions, creating a schedule, keeping attendance, dealing with no-shows, handling cash up and measuring key performance indicators. You will be expected to keep records and produce reports that will be used to review team performance. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and a passion for excellence, and ensure the bakery is meeting the high standards customers and employees deserve. Previous leadership experience is a plus.

Shift lead responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

·     Manage all the basics of running the store

·     Make sure employees that report to you meet performance expectations

·     Keep employees moving at a quick/accurate pace

·     Act as a backup to "Crew Member" role

·     Handle all customer service complaints/issues and employee disputes

·     Keep the store clean

·     Give clear instructions or orders to subordinate employees

·     Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure, and healthy

·     Meet deadlines

·     Ensure Great customer service at all levels

·     Establish a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
