We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Solutions Architect with specialized experience in Cloud Provisioning and Governance (CPG) to lead and execute our cloud management and IT operations initiatives. In this hybrid role, you will design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow solutions to automate cloud resource provisioning, enforce governance policies, and ensure seamless integration across enterprise systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient cloud management capabilities that align with business objectives.

This position demands deep expertise in ServiceNow’s CPG module, cloud integrations (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and a blend of architectural vision and hands-on development skills. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow Cloud Provisioning and Governance (CPG) solutions to automate resource provisioning and enforce compliance across multi-cloud environments.
• Develop high-performance workflows, scripts, and service catalog items to streamline cloud resource requests, approvals, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and architect CPG solutions that integrate with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) via APIs.
• Optimize provisioning processes and governance policies (e.g., tagging, cost control, security) by leveraging ServiceNow’s ITOM and Cloud Management capabilities.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance in the CMDB, supporting CPG initiatives with accurate resource tracking.
• Automate cloud operations, including scheduling, monitoring, and remediation (e.g., Flow Designer, IntegrationHub) to enhance operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud provisioning, governance enforcement, or system integrations.
• Stay current with ServiceNow CPG features, cloud provider updates, and industry best practices in cloud management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined experience as a ServiceNow Developer and/or Architect, with at least 2+ years focused on Cloud Provisioning and Governance (CPG).
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) using REST APIs and cloud APIs.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture, ITOM principles, and CMDB management.
• Ability to design scalable CPG solutions and develop custom workflows to meet business needs.
• Experience with MID Server configuration and cloud discovery processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to bridge technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITOM or Cloud Management certification.
• Experience implementing governance policies aligned with standards like CIS Benchmarks or NIST.
• Familiarity with additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., Discovery, Security Operations, Service Catalog).
• Prior experience in a federal, public sector, or regulated industry environment.
