Nielsen Automotive Group is looking to add a new Automotive Service Valet to our team. This person will be accountable for greeting and interacting with our loyal customers and their vehicles. The ideal candidate will be a reliable employee, exhibit teamwork, friendly and engaging, and add value to our organization. For excellent employees, there is a lot of room for advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in Service Drive – Be friendly and engaging
• Perform vehicle walk around inspection – Inspect vehicle with customer
• Tag vehicle, hand off to Service Advisor – customer and our records.
• Maintain cleanliness - Ensure the work environment is clean and safe to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.
• Park vehicle - Tag vehicle, Pod vehicle and move to available spot and note on keytag.
• Perform All other Duties that are required - Such as cleaning Service department, Shuttling customers to home and back, running errands.

Requirements:

• Ability to multitask
• Be friendly, helpful and engaging
• Good driving record
• Provide excellent customer service
• Willingness to participate in in-house training
• Ability to operate all automobiles
• Excellent listening and communication skills
