Job Summary:
Aiello’s Restaurant is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Servers and Bartenders. In this dual-role opportunity, you’ll play a vital part in creating a positive and memorable dining experience—whether you’re crafting cocktails behind the bar or delivering excellent table service. Responsibilities:
As a Server:

• Greet guests promptly and warmly.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve meals and beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns with care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

As a Bartender:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages in a timely and accurate manner.
• Engage guests at the bar with friendly conversation and professional service.
• Promote daily specials and upsell items when appropriate.
• Check IDs to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area.
• Process payments accurately using Aloha POS.

Qualifications:
Required Skills:

• Prior experience as a server, bartender, or in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong cash handling and POS system knowledge (Aloha POS is a plus).
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service laws.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of wine, beer, and craft cocktails.
• Experience in event or banquet service.
• Familiarity with high-volume restaurant or nightclub environments.
