We ask you to:

• Have previous hospitality work
• Handle Cash, Credit Cards
• Make Connections with Guests
• Honors and encourages others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant
• Ability to multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Have the ability to communicate effectively in English
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry 10-55 lbs.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation 
• Wine Knowledge

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.

The Jimmy is a neighborhood restaurant that takes its cue from the Mediterranean coast of Italy and France, a region known for its casual, sunwashed elegance and unhurried pace. It is a celebration of an influential cuisine that is in turn influenced by many others, one that favors communal cooking, local ingredients, and straightforward preparations. Our inspiration may come from overseas, but our roots are still here. We’ll take care of our friends with craft cocktails, small plates and pasta. Like the many trattorias and bistros hugging the Mediterranean coastline, the Jimmy will be a vibrant place that locals rely on and and visitors can discover.
