SEO Specialist

Are you ready to join a dynamic and growing team? We're looking for a talented SEO Specialist to support our marketing efforts! In this role, you will be instrumental in helping our partners build and implement effective SEO strategies to improve their website content, drive traffic, and optimize performance.

What You'll Do:

Collaborate with Franchisees: Understand business goals, target audiences, and local market trends to create customized SEO strategies.
Guide SEO Implementation: Provide support and expert advice to franchisees on SEO best practices for their websites.
Conduct Keyword Research: Analyze and identify high-performing keywords that resonate with our target audience.
Optimize Website Content: Apply SEO techniques to improve content and ranking, including URL structure, redirects, and canonical tags.
Create Optimized Pages: Develop and design web pages that are both SEO-friendly and aligned with brand standards.
Track Performance: Use analytics tools to measure, report, and adjust SEO initiatives and campaigns for maximum impact.
Collaborate with Teams: Work with content and marketing teams to integrate SEO into new content creation.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and emerging digital technologies to ensure competitive advantage.

What You Bring:

SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of search engine algorithms (Google, Bing, etc.) and their impact on rankings.
On-Page & Off-Page Expertise: Solid grasp of both on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
Keyword Strategy: Ability to identify valuable, relevant keywords tailored to various target audiences.
Technical SEO: Familiarity with technical aspects like site speed optimization and mobile-friendly design.
Team Player: Enjoy collaborating with others to create impactful SEO strategies.
Positive Attitude: Ability to build strong relationships across teams and with external partners.
Influence & Communication: Able to effectively communicate ideas and influence decisions across all levels.

This position is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the U.S., excluding Los Angeles County.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 37,000.00 109,000.00 Per Year
