About the Role

The goal of this position is to love and serve our clients and help their business’ visibility on Google search grow. This will, in turn, bring leads and new sales to their business. This position is responsible for executing the SEO Process, and performing the monthly deliverables, on-time, with quality to ensure a positive impact on the business’ visibility on Google Searches.

This is a remote role with flexible working hours. You are free to work when you choose but we ask all employees outside of the USA to be available for communication and ready for last-minute urgent requests/ meetings when necessary at any time between 9 am - 3 pm US Eastern time.

About you

Ideal Qualifications For this Role

• At least 4 years of experience in the field
• At least one year of experience working in an agency with a similar structure meaning that you work on multiple accounts. You were responsible for achieving a desired result for the clients , you had a team that supported you in your work, and you had some form of manager to report to.
• Experience in driving Local SEO initiatives. You understand the value of the map pack and are able to adjust your implementation to make sure that you’re work is focused on driving the needle that results in increased quality traffic.

Outcomes You Are Responsible For

1. 85% of your clients are succeeding
   1. Success is an internal KPI that is dependent on the SEO package, and the initial market share that the client came in with, but your most important work and outcome is the additional visibility that you bring to a client’s brand.
2. On-Time Delivery
   1. Our clients are enrolled into a 12-month process, and each month has a set list of deliverables that provide the foundation of the SEO work that you implement. Those monthly deliverables must be fulfilled on-time, no exceptions.

Capabilities

• Experience in advanced On-Page SEO practices (Internal Linking, Silo-ing, Schema Markup)
• Ability to leverage a Google Business Profile to drive results and visibility in local maps rankings
• Ability to audit a competitor’s website that is ranking well and reverse-engineer SEO practices that you’re falling behind on in order to implement adjustments and change the trajectory of your client’s website
• Ability to prepare a comprehensive SEO Audit of any brand and communicate it on a simpler level for others with less expertise to understand

Duties & Responsibilities

• Monthly reporting to the Head of Fulfillment
• Execution of the SEO process based on the package that a client assigned to you is on
• Collaboration with the Client Success team in order to provide support to them as they handle client interactions (reporting, calls, zoom meetings, etc.)
• Collaboration and cooperation with the website team during any website rebuilds that any of your clients may go through

Compensation

Pay range is dependent on experience.

• $800 to $2,000 USD monthly salary
• Annual pay raise increase based on tenure (8%)
