We're Hiring: SEO Content Specialist
Location: Fully Remote
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do:
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website content, on-page SEO, technical aspects, and user experience
Optimize website visibility and ranking on search engine results pages (SERPs)
Collaborate with web production teams and key stakeholders to implement SEO best practices
Communicate technical SEO details and strategies clearly to both team members and clients
Use SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Search Console, Moz, and Screaming Frog to guide content creation
Continuously audit websites, identify improvement opportunities, and make recommendations
Track and analyze KPIs to report on progress and website performance
Optimize on-site elements like titles, meta tags, alt tags, and schema markup
Work closely with creative and writing teams to create high-quality content
Partner with developers to ensure SEO compliance and best practices for Google search
Design and execute A/B tests to measure SEO effectiveness and optimize results
What We're Looking For:
Solid experience in interpreting SEO reports and explaining them to clients of all technical levels
Familiarity with WordPress and comfortable working with website backends
Basic understanding of HTML and web design principles
Proficient with Mac or Microsoft Office products
Expertise with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMRush, and similar platforms
Strong skills in keyword research and applying SEO improvements
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to simplify technical information
A solid understanding of Local SEO, directory-style websites, service-based businesses, and on-page optimization
Experience in keyword tracking and identifying content opportunities with high user intent
Comfortable working with clients and marketing teams to develop effective SEO strategies
Experience with project management tools like Notion is a plus
Previous experience in the HVAC or home services industry is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a fully remote environment
