Job Description:
Responsibilities
Recruit and schedule participants for internal user studies, manage participant
onboarding/off-boarding, conduct studies with participants, and generate feedback and
reports with outcomes.
Collaborate with algorithm teams and understand data collection requirements in order
to define collection protocols, procedures, and other research documents.
Coordinate the efforts between internal teams (legal, privacy, security, etc) facilitating
compliance with applicable rules, laws, and best practices.
Oversee and track progress of externally run data collections both remotely and on-site.
Manage and analyze data using internal tools while following data-handling protocols.
May require travel up to 25% of the time.
Minimum Qualifications
BS or BA degree in a relevant field.
Experience using Excel or similar software for data analysis and visualization.
Experience coordinating and maintaining schedules across multiple teams, managing
shared resources, and coordinating with legal and policy teams.
Works well in a fast paced environment, with ability to adjust to changes quickly.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with scripting environments such as MATLAB, Python, and/or R.
Experience creating surveys with Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, Google Forms, Survey
Gizmo, or another survey tool.
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and testing of hardware prototypes.
2+ years experience as a research coordinator or similar role operating in a research
environment.
High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving skills.
