Role

As a Senior Test Automation Architect (Quality Cloud Architect), you'll be a key player in shaping our growing US presence. Working closely with our leadership team and global colleagues, you'll help us build a world-class engineering capability. You'll be exposed to a diverse range of technologies and have the opportunity to continually learn and develop your skills. Your work will span various clients and industries, offering exciting challenges and opportunities for growth.

In this role, we're combining the best aspects of Quality Engineering, DevOps, and Cloud Engineering to create a comprehensive and effective approach.

Working alongside our clients, your role and responsibilities as a Senior Test Automation Architect (Quality Cloud Architect) will focus on:

• Review & Measure – Ability to understand the current landscape and provide recommendations to provide the greatest business value return.
• Implement & Enable – Implement new techniques and processes to improve engineering capability in the Route to Live. Teach our clients through the process and to own once it’s been implemented.
• Augment & Accelerate – Deliver engineering solutions across QCE areas, enhancing existing engineering within our clients whilst providing QCE insights to improve Route to Live.

We're seeking passionate individuals with a strong blend of technical skills and personal qualities. Curiosity, empathy, and a driven mindset are essential. While we value a cultural fit, we're equally interested in those who can bring fresh perspectives and add value.

Experience in software engineering is a must . If you have expertise in one or more of our core areas, that's a bonus, but don't worry if you don't check every box. We're committed to cross-training and developing your skills to align with our team's needs.

Our core areas include:

• Cloud Platforms: Building on the Cloud using automation, infrastructure as code, and best practices for reusable templates.
• Quality Engineering : Implementing test-first techniques, test automation, and continuous testing to ensure safe software delivery.
• Developer Experience : Enhancing development tooling and processes to support efficient and effective value delivery.

Salary

$140,000 - 170,000
