Hire Resolve's client is a reputable CPA firm based in Chicago. They provide comprehensive tax and accounting services to individuals, businesses, and organizations. With a strong commitment to client satisfaction and a team of experienced professionals, they are seeking a talented Senior Tax Accountant to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
• Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
• Research and interpret tax laws and regulations
• Assist with tax audits and resolution of tax-related issues
• Review financial statements and identify tax savings opportunities
• Supervise and mentor junior tax accountants
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Active CPA license
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CPA firm
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The annual salary target for this job in this market is 80,000 - $97,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the market demand, education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
