Job Description

Salary: $143,320 - 273,930 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or 4 years of related experience can be substituted for the degree
• Minimum of 10 years in Information Technology, including 2 years of technical leadership
• Experience in application development and/or operational implementation
• In-depth knowledge in at least one technology domain (application, infrastructure, operations, etc.)
• Proven ability to articulate complex technology choices to diverse audiences
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with management and stakeholders
• Understanding of technical architecture standards and risk management practices

• Design and implement multi-channel digital experiences (web, mobile, IVR) for millions of members
• Modernize enterprise APIs and services using REST, GraphQL, and cloud-native technologies
• Develop real-time and event-driven architectures for enhanced member experiences
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure optimal accessibility and performance
• Integrate analytics tools to drive data-informed insights and personalization
• Establish API-first strategies, microservices architecture, and integration patterns
• Set engineering standards, development processes, and testing practices for enhanced delivery
• Provide guidance on AI/ML-driven personalization and data-informed frameworks
• Lead modernization of legacy platforms and advocate for cloud-native technologies
• Prototype frameworks for experience management using Kubernetes and data platforms like Snowflake
• Influence technology decisions at the enterprise level and promote best practices
• Mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to align technology with business goals
• Represent engineering in strategic discussions and governance forums
