Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our team. This remote position involves collaborating closely with BT (Business Technology) leaders to facilitate agile practices and ensure successful project delivery. While Agile coaching experience is advantageous, it does not require a specific technical background.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and support Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
- Guide and mentor teams in Agile principles and practices to foster continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with BT leaders and stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
- Remove impediments to team progress and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely delivery.
- Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration within the team and across departments.
- Foster an environment that encourages creativity and innovation to achieve high-performing, self-managing teams.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and metrics to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a senior capacity.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and across different time zones.
- Certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent is preferred but not required.
