Job Title: Senior Salesforce Consultant
Location : Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet client business requirements, ensuring best practices are followed for functionality and user adoption.
- Work closely with clients to gather business requirements, assess current processes, and propose solutions that enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
- Customize Salesforce CRM applications to meet business needs through configuration (e.g., process automation, reports, dashboards, and workflows).
- Lead the integration of Salesforce with other systems, applications, and databases to ensure seamless data flow.
- Mentor junior Salesforce consultants, providing guidance on best practices, solutions, and career growth.
- Oversee and manage the delivery of Salesforce projects, including scoping, timeline management, risk mitigation, and resource allocation.
- Conduct system testing and provide oversight to ensure the successful deployment of solutions and effective resolution of any post-deployment issues.
- Lead user training sessions and maintain documentation to ensure clients are self-sufficient with their Salesforce solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to ensure the organization is leveraging the latest tools and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Experience implementing and customizing Salesforce solutions. Prior experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Administrator is required.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201), Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, or other relevant certifications are highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integrations (REST, SOAP APIs).
- Proven experience in managing large-scale Salesforce implementation projects with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and propose solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, as well as independently.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce Lightning, Data Loader, and integration tools like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
- Experience with Salesforce in industries such as financial services, healthcare, or retail.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
