We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for our products, helping to ensure their success in the market. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product management, sales, and customer success—to create compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences, drive product adoption, and achieve business goals.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will take a leadership role in shaping how our products are perceived and how we engage with customers at various touchpoints, all while working remotely within a flexible, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Go-to-Market Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging : Define and articulate clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customer segments. Ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Market Research & Analysis : Conduct market research, customer interviews, competitive analysis, and identify trends to inform product positioning, marketing strategies, and campaign development.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure alignment on messaging, product features, and marketing initiatives. Act as the voice of the customer in product development and marketing discussions.
  • Content Creation & Strategy : Develop high-impact content such as case studies, white papers, blogs, sales enablement materials, and webinars that educate, engage, and convert prospects and customers.
  • Campaign Development : Plan, create, and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and retention for products. Analyze performance and optimize campaigns based on key metrics.
  • Sales Enablement : Equip the sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to effectively sell the product. This includes developing sales collateral, battle cards, and training materials.
  • Customer Advocacy : Engage with customers to gather feedback, build case studies, and create success stories that demonstrate the value of the product. Use customer insights to improve marketing efforts.
  • Analytics & Reporting : Monitor and analyze product marketing performance metrics (such as leads, conversion rates, customer feedback, and engagement) to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular updates and insights to leadership.

Requirements :

  • Experience : 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of launching successful products and driving product adoption.
  • Proven Success in Product Marketing : Experience with go-to-market strategy, product positioning, competitive analysis, and creating compelling messaging for B2B or B2C products.
  • Strong Communication Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership : Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and customer success, influencing key decisions and driving alignment.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making : Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess campaign performance and market trends, and use data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
  • Project Management : Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with product marketing tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Bachelor’s Degree : A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in SaaS or Tech : Experience in a SaaS, tech, or digital product environment, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle and how marketing drives customer acquisition and retention.
  • Leadership Experience : Ability to mentor junior team members, act as a subject matter expert in product marketing, and drive strategic initiatives across the marketing department.
  • Creative Problem Solving : A creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt strategies to ever-changing market dynamics.
  • Global Marketing Experience : Experience in managing marketing for products in global markets or across multiple regions, considering localization and cultural nuances.

Compensation :

  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.
  • Opportunity for performance-based incentives and bonuses.
  • Flexible work hours and remote work environment.
