Job Description

We are seeking a  Product Manager with deep  Partner Management experience to drive the development of our  Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform . The ideal candidate will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of building and standardizing partner management workflows, ensuring the platform meets business and partner needs. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner Management Capabilities:
  1. Define and enhance the core functionalities of a PRM platform.
  2. Optimize partner onboarding, engagement, and performance tracking.
  3. Implement strategies to foster partner collaboration and ecosystem growth.
  1. Build PRM Platform: ( Doesn’t need  an Architect)
  1. Oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of the PRM system.
  2. Work closely with engineering teams to build scalable and user-friendly solutions.
  3. Ensure seamless integrations with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
  1. Lead & Drive PRM Development:
  1. Define, prioritize, and execute the PRM product roadmap.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, sales, marketing, operations) to ensure successful delivery.
  3. Develop and track KPIs to measure platform success and adoption.
  1. Strategic Planning & Execution:
  1. Organize and drive the development of the  PRM platform strategy and roadmap.
  2. Define the vision and standardize processes to enhance efficiency and usability.
  3. Ensure that the PRM platform supports  partner growth, engagement, and retention .
  1. Workflow Management & Subject Matter Expertise:
  1. Understand partner lifecycle management and design workflows accordingly.
  2. Ensure implementation of key functionalities that align with business objectives.
  3. Act as a  subject matter expert in partner relationship management systems.
  1. Functionality Development & Execution:
  1. Define critical features required for an effective PRM system.
  2. Identify and implement automation opportunities for partner interactions.
  3. Work with UX/UI teams to develop seamless user experiences.
  1. Vision & Standardization:
  1. Build out a compelling  PRM vision that aligns with business and partner needs.
  2. Standardize partner onboarding, management, and incentive models.
  3. Develop frameworks to manage partner engagement efficiently.
  1. Prototyping & Testing:
  1. Develop and validate prototypes to ensure product-market fit.
  2. Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and partners.
  3. Iterate on design and functionality based on usability testing.
  1. Pain Point Identification & Solution Implementation:
  1. Identify partner pain points and translate them into functional requirements.
  2. Develop and prioritize features that resolve key challenges faced by partners.
  3. Ensure continuous improvement through user feedback and analytics.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on partner management or PRM platforms.
  • Proven track record in  building and launching PRM solutions or similar SaaS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of  partner ecosystems, workflows, and engagement models .
  • Experience with  CRM, ERP, API integrations , and enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to  standardize processes, create roadmaps, and drive strategic execution .
  • Strong analytical skills to measure partner engagement and platform success.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and working in an agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with  Salesforce PRM, Microsoft Partner Center, or similar platforms .
  • Strong knowledge of  B2B partnerships and channel sales models .
  • Ability to  proactively identify pain points and translate them into solutions .
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • High adoption and usability of the PRM platform.
  • Streamlined  partner workflow automation and integrations.
  • Enhanced  partner satisfaction and retention rates .
