We are seeking a
Product Manager with deep
Partner Management experience to drive the development of our
Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform . The ideal candidate will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of building and standardizing partner management workflows, ensuring the platform meets business and partner needs.
Key Responsibilities: - Partner Management Capabilities:
- Define and enhance the core functionalities of a PRM platform.
- Optimize partner onboarding, engagement, and performance tracking.
- Implement strategies to foster partner collaboration and ecosystem growth.
- Build PRM Platform: ( Doesn’t need an Architect)
- Oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of the PRM system.
- Work closely with engineering teams to build scalable and user-friendly solutions.
- Ensure seamless integrations with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
- Lead & Drive PRM Development:
- Define, prioritize, and execute the PRM product roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, sales, marketing, operations) to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop and track KPIs to measure platform success and adoption.
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Organize and drive the development of the PRM platform strategy and roadmap.
- Define the vision and standardize processes to enhance efficiency and usability.
- Ensure that the PRM platform supports partner growth, engagement, and retention .
- Workflow Management & Subject Matter Expertise:
- Understand partner lifecycle management and design workflows accordingly.
- Ensure implementation of key functionalities that align with business objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert in partner relationship management systems.
- Functionality Development & Execution:
- Define critical features required for an effective PRM system.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities for partner interactions.
- Work with UX/UI teams to develop seamless user experiences.
- Vision & Standardization:
- Build out a compelling PRM vision that aligns with business and partner needs.
- Standardize partner onboarding, management, and incentive models.
- Develop frameworks to manage partner engagement efficiently.
- Prototyping & Testing:
- Develop and validate prototypes to ensure product-market fit.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and partners.
- Iterate on design and functionality based on usability testing.
- Pain Point Identification & Solution Implementation:
- Identify partner pain points and translate them into functional requirements.
- Develop and prioritize features that resolve key challenges faced by partners.
- Ensure continuous improvement through user feedback and analytics.
Required Skills & Experience: - 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on partner management or PRM platforms.
- Proven track record in building and launching PRM solutions or similar SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, workflows, and engagement models .
- Experience with CRM, ERP, API integrations , and enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Ability to standardize processes, create roadmaps, and drive strategic execution .
- Strong analytical skills to measure partner engagement and platform success.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and working in an agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Salesforce PRM, Microsoft Partner Center, or similar platforms .
- Strong knowledge of B2B partnerships and channel sales models .
- Ability to proactively identify pain points and translate them into solutions .
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
