Job Summary

Katalon is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our new AI-powered product. This solution leverages artificial intelligence and machine learning to optimize software testing processes, enhance automation, and deliver actionable insights for quality assurance teams. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the product’s vision, defining its roadmap, and driving its successful launch and adoption in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the product strategy and long-term roadmap for the new AI-powered product, aligning with Katalon’s mission to drive innovation in software testing and quality assurance.

• AI-Powered Innovation: Identify opportunities to apply AI and machine learning to real-world testing challenges, ensuring the product delivers measurable value to customers.

• Customer-Centric Approach: Engage with customers, industry experts, and internal stakeholders to understand market needs and pain points, translating these insights into high-impact product features.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics and customer feedback to make informed decisions about product direction and prioritization.

• Product Development: Work closely with engineering teams to define requirements, manage the development process, and ensure timely, high-quality releases.

• Go-to-Market Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to create effective launch strategies, product messaging, and training materials.

• Market Research: Stay current with advancements in AI/ML technologies and their applications in testing and automation to ensure the product remains competitive and cutting-edge.

• Cross-Functional Leadership : Foster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment and drive product success.

• Team Mentorship: Guide junior product managers and contribute to building a strong product management culture at Katalon.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Good understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in real-world scenarios.
• Proven success in launching and scaling software products that deliver data-driven insights.
• Familiarity with software testing, automation, or DevOps workflows is a plus.
• Experience working with engineering teams using Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze and leverage data to drive product decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Requirements

• Direct experience in developing or managing AI/ML products, especially for enterprise customers.

• Background in software testing, test automation, or DevOps ecosystems.

• Undergraduate degree or Graduate degree in Data Science/AI.
