Job Title: Senior .NET Developer Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Onsite/Hybrid) 3 days onsite Compensation: $180,000 - $200,000 base salary + great perks Job Summary: We're seeking a talented and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic team and work on high-traffic web applications. This is a hands-on development role where you'll collaborate within an Agile Scrum team of 10+ members (Product Manager, BA, QA, Developers, etc.). We're looking for someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute immediately - not an architect who only designs! Key Responsibilities: + Lead by example: actively participate in coding, reviewing code, and making sound technical decisions. + Work within an Agile Scrum team and deliver on sprint commitments. + Collaborate with the team to design, build, and maintain scalable and high-performing web applications. + Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance through solid engineering practices. + Share knowledge and mentor team members in best practices and clean coding principles.
