Requirement – Passed the New York Bar --  In Good Standing

Overview:

The client continues to grow and is hiring an attorney with 5+ years of commercial litigation experience in both federal and state courts.

• Candidates should be self-starting, energetic, hard-working, dedicated and have superior writing skills.
• The position requires experience with client consultations, drafting pleadings, all phases of discovery, motion practice, court appearances, and trial preparation.
• The client is seeking a candidate that not only has the ability to manage and supervise matters, but the capacity to serve as a mentor to their younger associates.
• A portable book of business is a plus.
• Can be someone who has their own firm who wants to fold it into the client business
