Job Title: Senior Level Accounting Consultant – Incentive Compensation Program Manager
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $90.00 - $100.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the incentive compensation program, which includes 15+ project-based plans.
• Utilize Callidus Cloud or equivalent sales performance management software (such as Everstage, Performio, Varicent) for data imports, reconciliations, and detailed reviews.
• Conduct thorough reviews of commission agreements to ensure accurate calculations.
• Prepare accruals and be familiar with journal entries, ensuring precision in all financial aspects.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior level accounting role.
• Ideally experienced with incentive compensation programs.
• Expertise in Callidus Cloud or similar sales performance management systems is preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills and a high degree of accuracy.
• Familiarity with construction management incentive programs is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex data efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
