Augmentjobs seeks a highly skilled Senior Industrials Investment Banking Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves leading and supporting industrialsector clients in executing complex financial transactions including mergers and acquisitions equity and debt offerings and strategic advisory projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in deal execution financial modeling market analysis and managing client relationships. The position requires a deep understanding of the industrials sector exceptional analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and manage all stages of industrialsector investment banking transactions.
Develop and maintain client relationships acting as a trusted advisor.
Conduct detailed financial analysis and create valuation models.
Prepare and present pitch books industry research and client presentations.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify market trends and opportunities.
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including legal and compliance departments.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field.
MBA or advanced degree preferred but not mandatory.
