We are seeking an experienced senior designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, expertise in e-commerce product presentation, and the ability to lead creative projects from concept to completion. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative concepts that effectively communicate product advantages and brand messaging.
• Guide the creative development of digital assets (web banners, Amazon store content, websites, landing pages, email campaigns) and print materials (catalogs, flyers, packaging), ensuring cohesive brand presentation
• Direct and oversee product photography and videography, ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned visuals for eCommerce platforms, marketing, and social media.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and development
• Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and leadership
• Review and approve final designs before publication
• Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the creative process and team output.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in design, with at least 3 years focused on e-commerce or digital product design in a senior role
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and e-commerce expertise
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma)
• Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and conversion rate optimization
• Experience in directing photo and video shoots
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder

Benefits

Salary Range :

$70,000 - $80,000 per year

Working Schedule

Onsite during training. Hybrid after completion of probation.
