Senior Data Analyst

Description:

Our client is hiring Data Analysts in the Client Experience and Digital (CXD) group, focused on advanced analytics supporting Web Channel, Automation and Digitization, Wealth Management and Financial Planning, Conversational Channels (Chatbot, Voicebox, etc.), Call Center Technology (call routing and agent support technology), and the Profile and Account Settings Team for the Personal Investor Technology area.

In this role, you will leverage analytics to surface insights of client behavior, satisfaction, and digital containment to influence product decisions and roadmaps for clients.

Key responsibilities include engaging with internal partners to understand business strategy, translating requirements into analytical approaches, compiling and verifying data, analyzing historical data to surface trends and insights, preparing visualizations and presentations, managing recurring analytic or reporting processes, mentoring junior data analysts, sharing best practices, and participating in special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

Requirements include:
- Expertise utilizing Graph networks to analyze web behaviors
- Adobe Analytics report creation experience
- Working knowledge of web tagging implementation
- Experience with Multivariate (MVT) and Multi Arm Bandit (MAB) testing
- Nice to have: Experience working with NLP packages and data science work experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Coding knowledge in SQL and Python
- Experience with data storytelling through visualization
- Experience in designing and executing end-to-end experiments
- Minimum of five years related data analysis experience
