Job Responsibilities:
Business Intelligence & Data Analytics
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL, Python, and PySpark.
Create data models and semantic layers to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
Data Engineering & Automation
Build end-to-end data pipelines for efficient data processing and analytics.
Automate reporting and data workflows, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.
Integrate data from multiple sources, including cloud platforms like Google BigQuery and Azure Databricks.
Optimize data architecture to improve performance and scalability
Performance Tracking & Business Insights
Develop data-driven solutions to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) across different business functions.
Provide actionable insights to support business strategy, revenue optimization, and operational efficiency.
Implement forecasting models for demand planning, financial planning, and resource allocation.
Work with stakeholders to define and track ROI, cost optimization, and customer behavior metrics.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and finance, to translate business needs into
technical solutions.
Communicate complex data findings in a clear and actionable manner to leadership and decision-makers.
Provide training and best practices to ensure effective use of BI tools across teams.
Project Management & Process Optimization
Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery of analytics solutions, while applying DevOps principles
for workflow efficiency.
Define project scope, architecture, and execution strategy while working in Agile environments.
Optimize data governance and quality control processes to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Leverage cloud-based and on-premise data solutions for scalable analytics.
Required Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience, including leading data projects and providing strategic insights.
Experience with Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure data services is a plus.
