You'll play a key role in aligning data with strategy across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership.This is more than a reporting role-you'll be the go-to analytical mind guiding real business decisions, influencing everything from customer acquisition campaigns to long-term product strategy. Design, manage, and optimize dashboards and reporting tools that transform raw data into actionable insights across departments.
Analyze large and complex data sets to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities that enhance operations across call centers, marketing, product, client services, and overall business performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Call Center Ops, Engineering, and Business Development to ensure data-driven strategies are aligned with company goals.
Present insights directly to clients in the insurance sector, offering data-backed recommendations to enhance acquisition campaigns and improve ROI.
Provide strategic support in the development and refinement of data models that power core business functions.
Be a trusted advisor to C-Level executives, supporting major strategic initiatives with rigorous data interpretation and forward-thinking analytics.
Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities for data use and analytics to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong emphasis on call center operations and business analytics.
Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, Excel, and business intelligence tools like AWS QuickSight, Tableau, or similar.
Exceptional communication skills-you know how to make data tell a story that resonates with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
A strategic mindset paired with a builder's mentality-you see where data can make a difference and know how to bring those insights to life.
High comfort level working in fast-paced, startup-like environments where agility and initiative are essential.
A passion for using data to fuel customer experience, operational excellence, and business growth.
Skills: Technical Skills
SQL - Advanced querying and data manipulation.
Python or R - Statistical analysis and data modeling.
Excel - Complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
Business Intelligence (BI) Tools - AWS QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, Looker.

Data Modeling - Creating predictive and performance models.
ETL Processes - Understanding and managing data pipelines.
Data Warehousing - Familiarity with Redshift, Snowflake, or similar platforms.

APIs & Data Integration - Working with external/internal data sources.

Call Center Metrics Analysis - Understanding KPIs like conversion rate, handle time, FCR, etc.
