Job Description: Senior D365 Data Analyst Company Overview: We are a leading manufacturing company undertaking a significant digital transformation. As we transition from our legacy system to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE), we are seeking a highly skilled Senior D365 Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful migration and management of our data during this implementation phase.

Key Responsibilities: Data Migration and Management: - Develop and implement data migration strategies to transition from the legacy system to D365 F&O and CE.
- Oversee the entire data migration process, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Create and manage data mapping documents and transformation rules.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Technical Expertise: - Utilize X++ programming skills to customize and enhance D365 F&O functionalities.
- Develop and maintain data migration scripts and tools.
- Collaborate with the IT and development teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data migration and system integration.
Data Governance: - Establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and standards.
- Monitor and audit data quality post-migration, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Project Management: - Lead data migration workstreams, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
- Provide regular updates on data migration progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data migration processes and configurations.
Continuous Improvement: - Identify opportunities for process improvements in data management and migration.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in D365 F&O, CE, and data migration technologies.
- Mentor and train junior team members on best practices in data migration and management.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, migration, and management within ERP systems.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement.
- Proficiency in X++ programming language.
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
- Excellent understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
- Proven experience in project management and leading data migration projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge of other programming languages and database management systems.
