Problem Solving: Advise and propose solutions to address design and engineering challenges. Collaboration: Maintain close synergy between design, modeling, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive project execution. Regulatory Compliance: Consider engineering and design requirements, as well as legal regulations, in an independent and focused manner. Data Compilation: Compile data from team members to support engineering needs and milling activities. Project Management: Utilize project management skills to coordinate input and output between design and engineering teams. Lead project teams (internal or external) as necessary. Task Planning: Create detailed task and resource plans when required (LEAD). Issue Management: Escalate issues to the next level as necessary (LEAD). Presentations: Prepare CAS presentations to a predefined standard. Managerial Support: Act as a substitute for the respective manager in Design Team Consultations (DTCs), design reviews, and other meetings as needed. Surface Quality Assurance: Ensure that surface quality meets AVATR requirements for the relevant project phase. Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required. Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
