Senior Architectural Designer 

Minneapolis, MN | Direct Hire | $90k– $135k

Konik is partnering with an integrated design firm seeking a Senior Architectural Designer for industrial project work. The Senior Architectural Designer will collaborate with a Project Manager and guide more junior staff through all phases of a project.

Senior Architectural Designer Responsibilities:

• Planning and design of projects based on project scope and budget
• Prepare or oversee the preparation of contract documents (drawings and specifications)
• Coordination with all disciplines
• Conduct site investigations, prepare reports, and oversee construction administration.
• Solve design challenges using advanced architectural principles and industry standards.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of junior professionals and technicians.
• Support marketing, business development, and project-related travel as needed.

Senior Architectural Designer Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience in architecture
• Experience working on manufacturing and distribution facilities
• Proficient in Revit; knowledge of Sketch-Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam preferred.
• Knowledge of codes, contract documents, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
