Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in core accounting functions and a proven track record working in a global organization. Experience in marketing, advertising, or professional services industries is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bank reconciliations across multiple accounts and entities.
• Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with accounting standards.
• Review and code employee expenses to ensure accuracy and proper allocation.
• Assist with the month-end close process, including account reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Support process improvements and contribute to accounting best practices in a global environment.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of accounting experience, with a strong understanding of general ledger functions and financial operations.
• Experience working within a global organization, managing multi-currency transactions and intercompany activities.
• Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or professional services companies strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
