Description Michelle Espejo with Robert Half Finance & Accounting is recruiting for a Senior Accountant at a leading asset management firm. Responsibilities: + Prepare and ensure compliance of financial statements and tax returns with laws and regulations. + Maintain accurate financial records. + Supervise accounts payable and receivable for timely processing and payment. + Manage corporate bank accounts. + Ensure compliance with corporate-side regulations and procedures. + Develop corporate finance policies for expense control and approval. + Handle regulatory reporting to SEC and Korean Financial Supervisory Service. + Support fund-side accounting and auditing tasks. *Please contact Michelle Espejo via LinkedIn or email for additional info and immediate consideration. Requirements + 5+ years asset management experience. Including VC/PE/investment management experience, Fund administration or audit/tax with investment clients. + CPA preferred, especially with public/private mix. + Knowledge of Korean GAAP; huge plus + Proficiency in Korean; plus, not required + Must excel in fast-paced, collaborative environments. + Strong time management and organizational skills essential.
