Get to Know Your Team

• Lovelace Westside Hospital provides care to Albuquerque’s Westside and Rio Rancho, including a 24-hour emergency department and a wide range of inpatient and outpatient surgical capabilities such as Ear Nose and Throat (ENT), bariatric and orthopedic service lines.

Provides personal, equipment, and property security for assigned area. May provide information, directions, and escort service as needed. Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Completed security guard training though an approved agency Level I and II or obtain within 6 months of hire.
• In order to drive a Lovelace owned vehicle you must possess a valid NM driver’s license on your person no DUI/DWI within the last five years.
• Must possess a current State of New Mexico Guard Card level II or obtain within 6 months of hire.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• 1 year security experience in general Security.
• Hospital environment experience
• CPR Certification
