Responsibilities:

• As a Security Assistant II, I am responsible for:
• Managing customer relations tasks.
• Acting as the interface between government agencies and industrial organizations for obtaining, processing, verifying, and disseminating personnel security information and access to customer programs.
• Maintaining accurate personnel data in all files and updating the customer database.
• Conducting annual file audits.
• Supporting security clearance reciprocity efforts for access to customer programs.
• Utilizing multiple IC databases while maintaining confidentiality of assets and information pertaining to personnel security.
• Eliciting, articulating, and documenting information in a well-organized manner.
• Participating in special projects as required.

To succeed in this role, I need to demonstrate:

- 3+ years of related experience and possess a Security Clearance Level of TS/SCI w/Poly.
- Proficiency with the current version of Microsoft Office Suite and exceptional customer service and telephone skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage competing tasks effectively.
- Database entry skills, and the capability to learn various databases during contract performance.
- Knowledge of ICD 704 and E.O. 12968 guidelines will be beneficial.
