Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Jupiter, Florida
Job Type: Onsite (5 days per week)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Agile methodologies and a track record of successfully leading teams. In this role, you will foster a collaborative environment, ensuring our teams deliver high-quality products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Agile Leadership: Lead and support multiple Scrum teams, driving Agile principles and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Scrum Facilitation: Plan and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to support team collaboration and performance.
• Team Coaching and Mentorship: Mentor and guide team members, product owners, and stakeholders in Agile best practices and principles.
• Impediment Removal: Identify and address obstacles to maintain team progress, escalating as needed.
• Product Backlog Management: Work with Product Owners to develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Foster collaboration and alignment with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Team Culture Development: Cultivate a positive team culture through effective communication and engagement.
• Performance Tracking and Metrics Analysis: Track team performance using Agile metrics, analyze insights, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Scrum processes and support the organization's Agile maturity.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of quality and security.
• Documentation: Ensure project documentation aligns with company standards and Agile methodologies.
• Organizational Collaboration: Work closely with other Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and organizational leaders to promote best practices and consistency in Agile delivery.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Scrum Master for software development teams, with at least 1 year in a senior role. Proven experience managing multiple Agile teams and delivering complex projects, ideally in a regulated environment.
• Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) required. Additional certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master or PMI-ACP are highly desirable.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, VersionOne).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in regulated sectors, such as nuclear energy, is a plus.
• A strategic mindset with a hands-on, tactical approach.
