Come work with a women and therapist founded and run company! Ampersand Therapy is seeking to elevate the employment experience of working in schools - We are looking for a School Psychologists for the 2025-2026 School Year to work with an amazing school district!

Job Details:

• Part-time position (20-25 hrs per week)
• Student evaluations
• IEP Reports
• Staff Meetings
• Documentation
• Collaboration

Requirements:

• Master’s level or above in School Psychology
• Active license in good standing issued by the North Carolina Psychology Board (LPA license)
• NC DPI License in School Psychology

Ampersand Therapy empowers you to serve your students! We're a small company that started in Western WA and has grown to additional states, including NC, SC, WI, CO, OR, AZ, IL, and MN. We are proud to be women, minority, and therapist owned and run. We began our own careers working in the districts and also as contractors. We sought to create an alternative to working with big staffing companies. The result is a small team of like-minded specialists who are striving to create a company that we would want to work for.
